Who are we?

The Alcohol and Drug Foundation is a proudly independent and not-for-profit Australian organisation that works with communities to reduce drug and alcohol harm. We achieve this via our community programs, information services and advocacy work. Find out more about the Alcohol and Drug Foundation.

How do I place an order?

If you live in Australia, you can get a single free sample of many of our flyers and booklets by calling DrugInfo on 1300 85 85 84.

How do I check availability of a resource?

If you need a resource by a specific date, or a large quantity of a resource, please contact us on 03 9611 6100 so we can confirm its availability.

How quickly can I get resources?

Resources generally take 10–15 business days for delivery.

If you need them more quickly than this or by a specific date, add this information to the special instructions section of your order form at the checkout. We will contact you if there are any issues with filling your order.

I’ve only received half my order - where is the remainder?

Most commonly this is because posters are sent in a separate package (a cylinder) from books or videos and the different packages are often separated in the post. If posters are missing or have arrived early, wait a couple of days. If the remaining packages do not turn up within 48 hours, contact us on 03 9611 6100 or shop@adf.org.au.

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. All items may be returned if you are not satisfied (except from overseas). We will accept Australian returns within two weeks of your receipt.

Items being returned should be packed securely to avoid damage.

Once returned resources have been received, we will organise a credit or refund.

I have resources on back order - when will they be sent?

Normally resources are supplied in 10–15 business days. If the resource comes from overseas or there is a production delay, we will let you know. You can cancel your order at any stage if the delivery date doesn’t suit you.

Why can I get some resources for free and not others?

The Alcohol and Drug Foundation Shop is a service that brings together a wide range of resources for people involved in health and drug education. The shop, while sharing some facilities with other AAlcohol and Drug Foundation services, is not funded and therefore cannot provide multiple free materials - although we do send review copies for customers.

Normally your state or territory alcohol and drug information service (ADIS) will be able to provide some free resources for you. Contact details of all the different ADISs are on www.druginfo.adf.org.au.

Can I order from overseas? What do I need to do?

The Shop welcomes orders from overseas.
