Placing an Order

How to place an order

  1. Browse our website for the resources you wish to purchase.
  2. Add resources to your cart and update the quantities to order the quantity you wish to purchase.
  3. When you've finished adding resources to the cart, check that it's correct. If you make any changes, ensure you update the cart (any shipping costs will be added at the checkout).
  4. If you have any discount codes, enter them before proceeding to the checkout.
  5. To finalise your order, head to the checkout. If you have an account, log in; otherwise, continue as a guest. If you'd like to inquire about setting up an account, please contact us at shop@adf.org.au.
  6. Enter your shipping and payment details.
  7. A few minutes after you have successfully placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email and tax invoice at the email address you provided.

Tax invoice

A tax invoice will be emailed to the address you provided after an order has been placed.

When will my resources be delivered?

Resources ordered will be delivered within Australia in 10–15 working days. Buyers will be notified of any delays.

Returns policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. All items may be returned if you are not satisfied (except from overseas). We will accept Australian returns within two weeks of your receipt.

Items being returned should be packed securely to avoid damage.
